Rated 5 out of 5 by from Filing Taxes Made Easy With Turbotax In prior years I purchased the Turbotax disk at Costco. This year I filed on line and found the process equally as easy. In fact, I enjoyed not having to download the program into my hard drive. Thanks for all of your help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely displeased this year I don't remember selecting the Live Premier version... and I didn't use this feature to file my taxes. Yet when I got to the payment screen that is apparently what I paid for. I was even asked at several points while doing my taxes if I wanted to upgrade and I always declined. My taxes are straightforward and easy. I don't need all that additional assistance yet I somehow ended up paying $200 to file my taxes. Highly displeased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really Nice for First Timers! As a first time tax filer, this was so smooth and easy. The Assistant box was very prompt in ensuring it connected me with someone who could answer my questions accurately.
