Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax not what it used to be I found this year is filing particularly tiresome I don't know how they've changed the software of their programs but it just didn't feel as easy as it has in the past. I don't know if I reviewed last year but last year I had gotten you know the live Chad most expensive thing and when I called on the expert I discovered that I knew more about the taxes than they did actually they didn't even know what I was referring to and had to put me on hold several times to discuss it with other people and still did not come back with an answer. So I did not opt to get that this year. And then I find that I want to say originally they had said the cost of the taxes but then when finally at all comes down in the end it's a higher price than what the advertising was. And I do not like how they continue to push to get you to add the $60 more on and and I find try to trick you into adding it on and I'm still not certain that they didn't add it on. I don't know what other people are available other than TurboTax because I've always used TurboTax for quite a while now 11 years but I am considering looking at other options.
