We used it when we had to do long form with schedule Cs and farm income and expense. Now we just do the short for and it takes only a few minutes. Sure appreciate this program.

The bad part is that it is incredibly confusing to not only choose the right product, but to know you're not getting inadvertently upgraded. Quite expensive and different price quotes. In my opinion, they make this purposely difficult, and I took two stars off for this. They would do a great service if they fixed this (and it's been an issue on reviews for a long time which is a sign that maybe they don't care--please say it isn't so). An easy to navigate table with transparent pricing points and no pressure to upgrade would go a long way to instill confidence in a great product.
