Rated 5 out of 5 by from For a simple return this year, less than 30 min. I have used different levels of the product over the years based on how complex my situation was. This year was simple, I did simple. Even in complex years, it rarely took more than 2 hours, most of that was looking stuff up in my records.

This leads to inexperience prepares not knowing if their document is yes or no to the question. Example: Retirement qualified fund? 401K is not listed

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fair but costly Had a difficult time figuring out the last review question on the federal return as it was an incomplete though and the form it took me too was not any help and ended up going through the entire federal return 6 times to figure it out.
