Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Needs Some Improvements It was extremely difficult and cumbersome this year to import everything from my 2021 Turbo return. On the opening screen you should have a very clear LARGE button that says import from my prior years vs the Large button that says start my return... or you should have both options!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I Love TurboTax. It's always easy to use and understand. They give detailed instructions and breakdowns to why things are certain ways and if you're still confused, there's now a live and certified tax preparer you can virtually talk to and get answers from.

My only issue was I was charged for live help for self employment and was given no indication that I was going to be charged. There was even text that said it was included. Not only that, the person helping me kept talking past me and wouldn't read/answer my question. The person didnt end up helping me and I ended up solving everything by myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the Best I like the "Help" tabs. Using Turbo Tax was very convenient. I used Turbo Tax using my personal computer and in the comfort of my own home. I took my time and was prompted when needed to be prompt concerning information.
