I was lead through every aspect, live help was available when needed. Couldn't be more pleased and the fear of doing taxes myself was erased. Thank you so much !!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from needs a bit more work Kept rejecting the exempt state retirement income for the Mass return. I didn't feel the explanation was adequate to make the correct correction. and why did it take so long to reject it? I find that it is much faster to do my taxes long hand (including printing the forms) and its easier to track you progress and not miss any forms.

The "interview" style really helps ensure that you haven't left anything out (like a deduction you might miss). Reasonably and competitively-priced, so it's a GREAT VALUE, too. :-)
