Rated 4 out of 5 by from trouble down loading final tax papers I could not copy my tax forms when finished. Turbo Tax said to save it to PDF. I tried different approaches, still no luck. The problem was with Microsoft program blocking turbo tax access to my folders, I am not a computer wiz, I reset my computer and a note from Microsoft popped up saying we blocked a threat to your computer, problem solved. This was not a Turbo Tax problem with windows 10, but it might help someone else
