Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unexplained Fees If you have just a W-2, this is great. Otherwise, figure something else out. Completely ridiculous the fees that add up. Would not recommend unless you're doing a simple W-2. Completely Awful

TurboTax answers all of my questions and takes me where I need to go to make sure that my return gets as much as possible. I've been using this for years and I am always satisfied that TurboTax has gotten me the best return possible.

They say you only pay for state tax but I had to pay $59 for Federal and $39 extra for using my return to pay them, which was never mentioned when the option was given. BAD ! Please be more transparent instead of misleading people.

The navigation is easy, the menus are helpful and the explanations of the different issues and questions one may have almost always suffice without further research.
