Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awesome but I still needed help. Ashleigh was amazing to help me live with forms I didn't understand. She was very patient to remain on the line with me until I felt comfortable, and while I dealt with my cat who was interrupting us!. Telephone response time was amazingly fast!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is our Go-To! I used turbo tax prior to marrying my husband, and save for 2 years, we have used turbo tax since our marriage. Total turbo tax use is going on nearly 15 years (if not more). It's so easy and I loved this year's addition of the timer. I was able to complete my taxes in 3 hours flat (after waiting the day-of to complete them). They are reliable and the ease of use is just great!
