Rated 4 out of 5 by from Review of Turbo Tax 2023 This service is very easy to use. The prompts are very intuitive and any questions you have are answered with very easy to understand language. I called to talk to a tax expert due to a question of a change in a credit I got last year but didn't get this year. Although the expert did answer my question I found him very difficult to understand due to a language difference. In this type of situation it would be most beneficial to have only those that have English as their native language speaking on the phone. That is the only reason I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5.
