The Tech Support Chat is superb, the ease of navigation through the forms are accessible and smooth. The support Info is quick and understandable. The final disposition either a refund or owe IRS (bummer) is easy and quick to process. Recommend filing as soon as you can, and if you owe, well, pay that as soon as you are able but way before the due date.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great software, wish there werent so many add ons I enjoy using turbo tax as it is the easiest way to self-file and go through all the deductions. I just wish there were not so many add ons and additional fee requests through out the process. either its free or its not.
