Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not inform me of missing 1095-A form This product did not inform me of missing 1095-A form paperwork. It wasn't until my initial return was rejected that the TurboTax software let me know what was missing and needed to be completed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes are confusing. TurboTax makes it easier. All of the live helpers I spoke or chatted with were excellent except for one named Michael. The coupon / discount for TurboTax didn't work for me for some reason. I had big changes this tax year compared to the previous one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This was the worst experience I've ever had I tried to file the "speedy way"... it took 5+ hours to file. This was an absolute nightmare. I've used the Basic plan in years prior but they "REQUIRED" me to sign up for Premium. The site is very confusing and you can't easily find things to make changes that I could see were listed incorrectly in the actual forms but couldn't edit them. I WILL NEVER USE TURBOTAX AGAIN! Why am I paying hundreds of dollars extra for a computer to file my taxes for me? I was surprised for paying so much extra, there isn't customer support.
