Rated 3 out of 5 by from I hate the hidden fees Turbo tax used to be free, then I signed for $60. Then i get to the end and surprise the state return is going cost me another $50 for state taxes filing, and $40 charge for paying with my refund. The process is mostly easy and the staff is super polite and helpful. Just don't like surprise fees.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I feel Turbo Tax for seniors is too expensive I am a senior and the type of print and background need to be more defined. The print was too light. Also being a senior using 1040SR because we social security and 3 1099r's I believe that the service should be free for federal and state filing. You would get a better business recommendation by doing this for seniors. At the very least consider a lower cost like $10 for federal and $10 for state. Thank you for listening.
