Rated 1 out of 5 by from Starting over to downgrade is a crap experience I was forced to start over just to downgrade to the not "Live" version. That's a crap customer experience design. I also asked the chat help for a link to provide software feedback and was told there wasn't one until I completed my return. Which, as any good UX designer knows, is some serious nonsense.
