She was patient and professional in dealing with my problems with the software. She worked with me to find answers to my issues, as well as the correct ways to use the software.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another year of tax filing This year I was helped by Tina, Sophia and Rodney, they were quickly able to sort my multiple W2's that I had this year and were able to help file within hours. I've been using TurboTax for 4 years now, it's always easy to navigate and the communication is always there. Thanks for helping me file this year and I'll see you all next tax season for this song and dance once again.
