Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Painful This Year The whole "PLF paid by insurance" was confusing, misleading and disappointing. State taxes were very annoying at the "fix" stage because it made me enter irrelevant info. Price also seems to go up every year. Have used TurboTax several years and it has never been this painful to do.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Why pay someone to do it for you? I have used different agencies throughout the years and also prepared them myself. When I compare them myself, the only difference is the amount that I save from paying someone else. It takes about an hour. Then I review the next day for mistakes. Bada Bing Bada Boom!!!
