My favorite part is when things don't make sense they have a succinct and clear explanation that helps someone like me better understand what is going on. Very Useful

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Was good for my first time filing taxes ever. just wish they had an option to speak with someone briefly for free or a limited amount of time. Also they should tell you ALL the documents you need in the beginning and explain more things in depth. But overall great experience. Just waiting on my money lol
