Rated 3 out of 5 by from Way to pricey TurboTax (used) to be less than $50 many years ago. It's kind of absurd that I get charged $400 for TurboTax just for a return of $77. It's not worth it for some scenarios and it's obvious that TurboTax just wants to add more charges every chance it gets! With the new fancy coding, walk-throughs (and now timers) I would hope that TurboTax is spending its money on finding ways to help consumers spend less for its product instead of promoting spending more. The TurboTax (user) cost has dramatically increased (and I mean like a ridiculous 400% more!!) Perhaps TurboTax could focus on reducing its charges?? I will not pay over $400 for a $600 return again. I will not even pay more than $50 to use TurboTax again! It's disgraceful how its increased its cost so only the rich can file.

He made sure that I understood every step and took the pressure off of me for doing my taxes especially in the areas of concerns that I had for last tax season.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax takes the stress out of filing taxes! This is the best and most economical system ever! Even with self-employment, Turbo Tax is thorough and complete. Their agents are top notch, very knowledgable, professional, and patient. I couldn't be happier...done in just a few hours.

Due to the extra level of complexity (moving, sale of home, multi state), for the first time I connected with an expert for a final review - which was also a great experience. The expert was a CPA with a number of years of experience, was genuine, knowledgeable and very helpful!
