Rated 4 out of 5 by from easy to filed it was easy, however, i could't get some answers, i which you could have someone live to explain certain things, specially with the 401k reason to get your money, i did't, they send it to me because according to them,m its was too little for them to roll over, so i could't find that option

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the only good thing about filing I have been a TT user for many years. Our taxes aren't easy, but the step by step process makes me feel I'm doing everything properly. The ability to check for FAQs and "jump to" the right section are awesome. I used the Live Expert this year for the first time and did not find it helpful. He said he was only able to review the info I input, not provide any suggestions of other deductions, etc. Not what I expected.
