Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING and EASY I am 22 and I am just not learning hownto adult but the steps are pretty clear and they even tell you where to look on your forms or if youre still stuck they have live representatives to assist you. Crystal was Awesome! she literally walked step by step with me which im sure was annoying but so helpful!

First few years great no issues: however, the last few years little changes have happened, and my taxes are not simple anymore and now have to pay fees. You will not get your student loan deduction unless you upgrade to deluxe, so I upgraded but no change to my refund amount surprise, surprise. Also, they advertise that paying for deluxe will be easy just take it out of your refund for another $40 so $80 altogether. I highly recommend paying with a card it is only the $40 then. Disappointed with turbo tax these last few years trying to nickel and dime people out of money.
