Rated 2 out of 5 by from Much More Difficult To Use Than Several Years Ago I have used Turbo Tax for years. Last year I gave up & just mailed a paper form. This year I struggled & managed to e file. No longer can I print the forms I am working on. I somewhat got around this by paying for Turbo Tax before I filed. I found the support terrible. I asked for a call back. First call came in - a recording said Turbo Tax but no person was there. Next we got a call saying they had tried to call us many times & were stopping trying. I was yelling "I'm here" but no response. Much more difficult product.
