Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO! Been using Turbotax for years now. It is extremely easy to use and understand. The FAQ has a ton of information and on line help is awesome. I hope it will be available for a long time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ease and Convenience at a steep cost This may be our last year using Turbotax. At over $100 to file my state and federal taxes, I will be better off taking a day to file them myself. Sure the service is convenient and easy to use; but at the cost I just don't have the kind of complicated taxes that warrant needing to spend $100+ to file.

I am confident in the final return & the ease of filing is a major factor in my decision to use Turbo Tax. Plus, the fees are so reasonable--perfect! I recommend to all my friends & many of them are using this service now & thank me for speaking up. We're all retired & every dollar is important1!
