Rated 3 out of 5 by from Horrible customer service this year. I will buy another tax return software program next year. Not going to deal with online turbo tax or the software anymore. I paid $140 for just the federal tax return. Ridiculous. I'm not required to file a state tax return. I didn't need any help with my return. I did a live chat BECAUSE online turbo kept trying to get me to complete & file a state return. Deja kept me on the phone 40-45 minutes while she researched how to stop it. Crazy. She didn't know what to do. Then someone else took over. By then I figured out how to do it on my own. I e-filed my federal return without the state return. I questioned the lady that took over the live chat about the price, because I didn't recall it being that much with early bird special. Any way I spent about an hour on Chat and got no advice. For $140 got frustration. That price was supposed to include expert advise/customer service I thought - I got neither. I'm done with Turbo Tax! I'm gonna dump my intuit stock.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Good but did not handle Crypto 1099-Misc wel Everything went will until I had to file 1099-MISC from Blockfi I do not think turbo tax understands your are dealing with crypto for interest payments It was very confusing
