Rated 2 out of 5 by from over 6 hrs to file I paid extra for live help and got very slow response. In the end, I ended up finishing my returns on my own without live help. This is unfortunate, because I paid for this help by credit; I do not have the funds in my account to have even afforded the help. In essence, I went into credit debt for incomplete help.
