Rated 4 out of 5 by from It gets the job done Option to remove Premium Live support is not there, Step 4 on the intuit TurboTax site list how to remove it but when you follow the step you can only remove the MAX protection option which is conventionally added; convent for TurboTax, not you. "Scroll down to the Premium Services Benefits section and select Remove" It is not there. I did not use live support and I didn't need it, but good luck trying to remove it and very little explanation.

I started using turbo tax in 2020 during the pandemic, it has never been such an easier experience, the cost to file is affordable and very quick, i never knew self preparing my own taxes would be this simplistic. I appreciate how the software walks you through each step and has many FAQs for you to understand your own situation. I love it and wouldn't use any other software. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!
