Her friendliness and helpfulness made it all much easier, and she stayed with me until it was done. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes life Easy TurboTax has been really helpful in filing my taxes for a few years now. It has made filing taxes simple to understand and easy to do. It takes you through a step-by-step process to make sure that there are no confusions and one understands what and why a step is being done when doing the tax returns.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another year of getting it done with Turbo Tax The dreaded task of taxes is a little easier using Turbo Tax and every year it gets a little easier. I try to input every tax doc I get and anything I miss, I just use the search function. The knowledge base is really good and explains the form, if its needed with a handy direct link to the application section. I changed jobs last year and used the chat to have a tax expert give another once over for the specific life event. She was really helpful and helped remind me of one account to get a tax document from (old job 401k tax doc). Thank you for continuing to make the product easy and to help give confidence in trust that I'm doing it correctly AND getting the most favorable return.
