Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax has great customer service!!!! I wont lie, I am disappointed with my state not allowing me to be able to e-file my taxes, but Virginia was absolutely wonderful!! She helped me navigate and understand which form California wont allow us to e-file and why. She was hilarious, cracking jokes at 10:21pm her time as she is in New York and I am in California, I appreciate her dedication in helping lost souls like me trying to prepare our own taxes!
