Both were very patient, professional, answered all my questions, and were wonderful to work with. Elizabeth answered all my questions and gave me links for research. I usually file my taxes myself, but unfortunately Turbotax was making me verify 35 trades by hand. The built-in port for this specific broker was atrocious and Turbotax entered in all the wrong items.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use I enjoy doing my taxes on Turbo Tax because they make it very easy. However I do give it 4 stars because it cost so much per state and when you travel for work it ends up costing you a lot.
