Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax to the rescue again! I've used TurboTax since the "Buy the CD" days. It's gotten better and better every year! This year I ran into a hiccup on my health insurance but TurboTax agents were able to help and get me going again. Granted, they are charging more than they should on many occasions but in the end it pays for its self.

Was not aware nor told that I would be charged 110.00 to speak to someone regarding an issue becasue on my W2 it was there was only 1 number in line D when there should have been 2 numbers supposedly and because of this I was not able to continue and needed to speak to an agent and they failed to tell me that I was going to be charged 110.00 which we werent expecting and now put ourself in a bind with other bills.
