Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax Business is overwhelming awful There was not enough explanations of examples walking through the forms unlike its counterpart the personal Turbotax, which is very pleasant to use. In my opinion I think its a tactic for people to upgrade their services.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sai is a wonderful tax representative I was having an issue with being unable to file my star return electronically and Sai stayed on the phone with me troubleshooting for 2 hours until the problem was worked out. She never lost her cool, was super polite and helpful. At the end she thanked me for my patience. As someone who was a customer service manager for years she is amazing, not only her soft skills but also determination. Many others would have told me to just file in the mail. You have a one of a kind with Sai, I had called a few weeks back and gotten no assistance with a different issue and was considering using a different company. Thank you so much for all your help, and restoring my faith in the company.
