Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pushy agent I asked my agent to call me a certain day but they called me a day early. They said they forgot what day it was which I thought was a little concerning to hear from for my tax advisor. Then she calls me on the day I asked but it was past 8:00 p.m. So the following day she gives me an ultimatum through an email saying if I don't get back to her she cannot follow through and file my taxes. She was also just very unapologetic about the whole thing like she wasn't doing anything wrong. How am I supposed to trust my advisor when they act unprofessional like this?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it but it could use some minor tweaks! I have been using Turbo Tax for eight years now and it is fairly simple to use. There were two things that really annoyed me this year however. When it logs you out and you go back in to resume data entry, it should take you to the exact spot that you left off. Instead it keeps having me review the same basic personal info each time. Also, I made a mistake in an entry which then prompted me to enter all kinds of other info. When I realized my mistake, I went back and corrected it, assuming that the other prompts would go away. They didn't. The only way to get the system to correct itself was to clear all of my data and re-enter everything! That was extremely annoying.
