Maria was great and had helped a lot of pressure and stress off my chest with her guidance and assistance! I would like to have Maria as my live assistant again whenever I have any other issue or question relating to tax! Great job TurboTax for having such a fantastic employee!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nobody Does It Better I have been using TT for years. Last year I felt it was not working up to it's usual efficiency. The online agent helper was not that helpful, I was frustrated and thought to heck with this, I decided to finish up at H&R Block. Long story short. Not worth the trouble. I came back to TT, spoke to an a super helpful Tax Advisor and completed my filing with TT. Taxes are frustrating and stressful, but TT does a great job. If you get a Tax advisor that isn't as helpful as you need - take a breath and ask a new one the next day. TT does a good job.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great for helping with tax returns Turbo tax is great for assistance with filing tax returns. The features make it easy to understand. The chat feature is also very easy to use and navigate and I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes to be connected with a tax expert to assist me. I just wish it was cheaper to use. Also the $39 processing fee to deduct the turbo tax cost from your return is a little ridiculous.
