I found this year's Turbo tax to be very hard to navigate, Instead of being able to use "Deluxe", which I have used for several years with the same income categories, I was forced into "Premium." I didn't want a "Credit Karma" account yet I was asked several times in misleading ways. In the past i liked your friendly, step-by-step[ approach. I had ways to ask questions and my filing went quickly and smoothly. This year you seemed more interested in conning me into spending more money than in making my experience pleasant. One last thing, I am not in a race to do my taxes I want to make sure they are correct so drop the cutesey racing flag part.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax disappointed me this time I have used Turbotax for years and this might the last time I use it. The tax entering system is excellent. But you changed up how to select the services and made it impossible to back track to change what services you pick once you accidentally choose the premium service. You can't go back and change the service or if you can you make near impossible to do so. Turbotax has had nearly the exact same layout for years and how to choose what service, this year it changed up. And no chance to go back and make changes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the best!!! I have never had filing taxes be so easy and affordable! I paid to have my taxes done for years and it always cost me three times what TurboTax charges. I could not be happier!
