Rated 1 out of 5 by from doesnt explain anything did not get full experience, not everything i wanted to down was available and my refund felt short and then a "free" advertisement just to pay 80 dollars at the end to file. rip off and cheap, would not recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Has worked for us for years We have used TurboTax ever since we started filing taxes, and it has generally been a good experience. It aids in knowing what forms we need to fill out and in filling them out, but we definitely need to be paying attention; it's not a perfect system. There was a snag this time around when the review process had me redo a W2 form that I had already filled in and it then doubled my income. But it was easy enough to fix. There was also an autofilled value that was incorrect about our last years state refund. Again, easy enough to fix, we just had to be paying attention and make the effort to fix it. I also found it very difficult to get in-person help. I eventually found a number, but it was all very roundabout. Once I was connected, my representative was very helpful and clear.
