Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax constantly forces you to upgrafe Turbotax just lost a class action lawsuit about unnecessarily forcing people to upgrade. There is a constant upgrade page and even suggests upgrade when not necessary. It feels like dishonest and that turbotax is forcing you to buy more than you need.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading Fee Total The process of compiling one's taxes is very easy with turbotax. It really helps you flow through gathering all the necessary data. The reason I am giving it a poor review is due to the payment process. They make the filing process easy so your guard is let down when it's time to pay. They make it very easy to add on fees and difficult at the end to remove fees you don't need. The $40 filing they alluded to in the beginning is suddenly over $100. I had to go back and forth to remove fees I didn't need on what filing method I wanted to chose. Very aggravating and I will likely be looking to H&R next year (they are probably just as bad).
