Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Tax Year Experience Every single year I dread the thought of having to prepare my taxes. And this year was so different. Turbo Tax walked me through every single detail of my taxes, credits, forms to file with my return, everything was very streamlined and efficient. This has been my best experience to date!!! I appreciate the way the system checks, double checks, and triple checks both my state and federal tax returns and allowed me to make corrections along the way. The “help “ box made it easier to understand the various IRS definitions. I’m so glad that I decided to file my taxes with Turbo Tax and this makes me 4th year in a row!! I will definitely recommend it to anyone. Even the cost was much more affordable than a lot of other tax offices and I didn’t feel ripped out with my final payment (under $250) Thank you again Turbo Tax and see you next year :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Updates were painful Updates to the software would take extended periods of time to complete. Usually overnight would work. Information on resolving this issue did not help. Overall a manual update of the Federal was able to be completed, TT worked better but the state update still took several hours. I completed my filing and now I hope all tax code updates were installed,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Everything went well except for a hiccup on the state, but I contacted support, who was also lost. I ended up deleting my state and allowing it to repopulate, and it corrected itself. However, I spent along with Turbo Tax help over 6 hours on this.
