Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not sure what happened Looks like the process was streamlined and took a lot of steps away from me. I think I would have appreciated answering or responding to questions on the State form. I wish there were more explanations of what was being done behind the scenes. I dont know how to confirm everything was included properly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stop wasting time with any other tax resource. I have used TurboTax since joining the military in 2013. I have spent roughly an hour and a half each year working on my taxes using their (free to military E-5 and below) service. I have continued using this service after getting married, having children, and purchasing homes/PCSing. TurboTax makes the new and "complicated" tax situations tremendously simple. I am a fairly disorganized individual and I was able to gather the few documents needed to complete this process in under two hours. I cannot recommend TurboTax highly enough to help save time and money. Give it a shot before spending unnecessarily to see an "expert" when TurboTax gives you the tools to become the expert. TurboTax also has resources available so you can consult with a professional if you desire, but my favorite aspect of TurboTax is being able to essentially do it all "myself."

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Eh It was ok. A smaller return than I expected and I think they should charge a percentage based off of what you’re getting back. Instead of a flat fee. Can’t you see I’m poor lol
