I was done with everything in a matter of an hour at the longest. I even got the most back I have seen in a very long time. Thank You so much Turbo Tax!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall helpful Good service if you can time it right. Online step-by-steps were very good at walking me through the process so I could understand it. I did try to chat and then call with 2 separate representatives, one which I didn't reply within 3 minutes to so they left, and the other call was someone saying "yeah... I'll call you backk..." so I don't know what happened there. Weird. However I finally got on a call with John, the representative who helped me finish up my forms and he answered my questions!
