Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life Savers I’ve been filing with turbo tax for years. I’ve even tried doing it somewhere else but always find my way back to them. Super smooth process and clearly self guided. I love that if I do come across any hiccups, there’s support in an instance.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is busted I have always used Turbo Tax to file my returns, I had to use the premium version to file my taxes due to stock market and crypto trading. I used the free service this year as I did not partake in the trades market. Turbo Tax procceded to tell me I didn't file my taxes last year even though I have numerous emails confirming I did. On top of that they dont have any of my previous returns on file.

Through the years, as I continued to work different jobs, started a savings account, invested in stocks, and advanced my career, TurboTax continues to be easy to use! I thought filing for last year was going to be the most complicated due to a variety of life changes and additions, but TurboTax has proven to me again, that it is simple and easy to use as long as I follow along step-by-step. I'm confident that I will be able to continue to use TurboTax with ease as life changes and our career and family situations grow!
