Rated 4 out of 5 by from very useful I liked the 2019 turbo better. It seemed to better present your data and guided one better. I finally got frustrated first time through the 2020 version and hit restart. Second time through was successful but a lot of learning pain first time through.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This year there were several glitches and issues I have used turbotax for 7 years now, and this has been the most challenging year. Not much has changed in my work, so there was nothing new I was doing or adding. Turbotax kept doubling my w-2's so it should twic the amount of income. It kept changing the state refund I received last year and doubling it after I would change it. I would delete care providers and as soon as I went to complete my state form turbotax would add those people back on my return. Once I was done going back and forth fixing and deleting and starting over, my state form would not carry over for payment which lead to errors for e-filing. But a proper explanation of why I am not able to e-file was not given. I am truly frustrated and disappointed this year with turbotax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Review TurboTax was easy to use. All my questions were answered by a professional. I even had a friend of mine review my taxes before I sent them off and while he found a couple of more dollars, I was satisfied with my return using TurboTax. I felt safer as well.
