Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is not as helpful as years past difficult to go back to edit business expenses. Some info from prior year return, with Turbo Tax, had to be manually input (not automatically filled from prior year) had to look it up! There was an unacceptable value on form 1040 line 10B, no help, no explanation. This value was filled by Turbo Tax! Trying to find help I was continuously offered to upgrade for an additional $120!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, fast, excellent This is our 5th year using TurboTax. I finished my full tax preparations in under 30 minutes, I completed it all using only my phone and I feel 100% confident in the accuracy of my taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's ok TurboTax Online Deluxe is simple but unnecessarily expensive, especially considering that simple returns can be filed free. I only elected to file this way because I've used TurboTax in the past. Initially I opted to file for free but when I attempted to complete the EIC portion a prompt came up to inform me that I had to upgrade to Deluxe in order to have my EIC applied. I'm not receiving any type of auditing coverage or anything and I'm paying TurboTax what would essentially amount to half the amount I would've received in State returns. I know some CPA's who are more expensive but I also know of some tax preparers that aren't as expensive.
