Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy, but a bit confusing. We used Premier and it was constantly trying to upgrade us which we did not need! We wanted to e-file federal, but not state, and we never could opt out of e-filing state, so we were charged $59 for state when we were not paying or getting a refund and actually wanted to mail the state return (like we have in past years).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Easy to Use! I was able to do my taxes while watching my four kids and an additional 4 kids with out any extra headache or stress. TurboTax is easy to use and questions can easily be answered with the articles provided. Very efficient!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Premium upgrade is a complete rip off I have been using Turbo Tax for 10+ years. Capital gains included for the 1st time this year. VERY poor help or guidance from the software. Turbo Tax was able to trick me into upgrading to Premium as part of the process, very slick. After being tricked I attempted to use the one on one contact support feature, total failure. Had it with Turbo Tax will go to a competitor next year...after 10+ years they lost a loyal customer forever. If you have simple return with itemized deduction Turbo Tax may work for you, any advanced filing needs to be done using another method.
