Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lobby to make taxes easier to file I don't want to buy a freaking software and pay to file taxes every year. Stop the lobby to keep it costing money and complicated to file taxes. Taxes should be free to file.

I had to move out of state to be with my mom.I live at home, I didn't find a job until this year. They charged me a fee for a state I didn't work it. Plus a fee for my refund. Total over a $100 for fee on a return that was less than $300.00 Will go somewhere else next year to file taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Charged the credit card before double check I just want to simply fill the tax and I was consent to pay $39, I probably didn't get the right option on the paying plan (or maybe there isn't one that is only $39), so I entered by credit card info, and it just charged me $82.96 without an amount confirmation. It seems that I cannot revoke the payment. I'm sick of tired of trying to re-do this again. I have to say the overall experience was smooth, so I did't give 1 star, but it just too pricy. I'll need to reconsider next time.
