Rated 1 out of 5 by from Live expert is inadequate The TurboTax live expert who is working on my taxes is completely unsatisfactory. He reached out multiple times asking for the same documents he had already been provided. To top it off once he finished my taxes I approved them paid for the service $250 and attempted to e-file but keep getting an error every time I try to submit them. I reached out to him 5 days ago and he will not respond. He did not know how to file on behalf of my spouse whom is currently immigrating to the US and it took him 2 weeks to figure that out. Overall the experience has been horrible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes are finally easy! This is the second year I have used turbo tax for my small business. I was so sick of paying $300+ for an accountant to plug numbers in and not ask me any additional questions or try to explain why I was being taxed the way I was. Turbo tax makes it easy to understand why/how taxes work and they also go the extra mile to try to get me as many deductions as possible!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from After 8 successful years this one was not After finishing 2020 taxes on Deluxe while trying to file on 03/01/2021 and paying $25 for state filing and then 31.80 for Supreme and 10.60 for Home and Business I could not file due to error 1680 (inability to update). After two days of reporting the problem and following every step the from Help and it still did not work I reloaded Turbo on another computer and moved files. After redoing and filing today, I was charged another $25 for state filling and did not need the up grades.
