Rated 2 out of 5 by from Always trying to upsell, hidden feeds Every two pages you fill out for your taxes, you receive a prompt to upgrade your package. When deciding how to pay for your taxes, it's not clear that using your refund is an additional costs until you're at the final screen which requires you to go back. Great software but the tactics are very similar to a used car salesman.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome and EASY to use! Turbo tax was really easy to navigate and if I didn't understand something there was a live tax advisor available and it also has plenty of other resources.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fees I wish the fees weren't so much including the $39.99 fee to take the payment of $129 out of my refund. My bank was having maintenance done so I couldn't get my account information due to that I couldn't pay til the next day and lost the $49 (close to that) discount off of the $129 fee.
