First at the beginning I clicked on the free version and then at the end I was assessed a $89 fee. In addition my child credit went way down and it didn't explain why. That was not very transparent.

Yet, still allow me to view detailed explanations and click on "learn more" throughout the ENTIRE filing process--it's SO handy being able to view and better understand all the ins and outs (of what could be a very confusing process). Having the knowledge I desire regarding my finances increases my trust in correctly completing my return, all by myself. When I take time to understand the info they offer, I know I did my best to thoroughly understand all parts of the filing process--AND feel like I'm getting my maximum refund amount!
