Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE TURBOTAX! I love filing my own taxes! TurboTax makes it very straight forward and simple, I've been a user for around 7 years now. This year with Covid, there were some new forms that I had some trouble with but the customer service is AMAZING. A WONDERFUL woman spent over an hr on the phone with me, helping to get my state filed! She was patient and kind and in the end got them filed for me! I will continue to use TurboTax, FOREVER!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX DISAPPOINTING i am not satisfied that when your filing your taxes under $0 section it moves you up into another tier bracket requirements and makes you select that bracket having to pay fees. when finishing filing your taxes, most of your money that you worked hard for the year is basically cut in half because you have to pay for the additional fees and a $40 processing fee to file your taxes. Make me feel what is the point in filing taxes if I am not going to see most of it anyways.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing Unable to use Turbo tax due to sale of home in Maine. Live help determined it was beyond the scope of TurboTax. Also, still unable to efile CT return as bug in system still not corrected. Live help twice said it would be fixed in 48 hrs but its still not. I want a refund for CT state.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live Experts are awesome! Very easy program to use. It pretty much walks you through holding your hand. Normally I never need assistance but due to some life changes in 2020 I had 3 questions that I couldn't find the answer to. I broke down and payed for the live expert who not only answered my questions but looked over my whole form to make sure it was ok to submit. Wish I could remember her name because I would like to give her mad props for her help.
