Rated 3 out of 5 by from It is too expensive and automatic upgrade I got auto upgraded to Live product after filing all the details. It started with zero payment and ended up with 275$. It is way too expensive for filing through Turbotax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TubroTax live was immensely beneficial I had a better than expected experience! Hadn't done my taxes in severals because I've always turned them into the experts who do them. The agent I spoke with (Mike) was super friendly and enjoyed talking with him.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax makes filing taxes very easy. I filed my federal and state income taxes in about 1-1/2 hours. It was very easy to follow the instructions. I've used Turbo Tax for 3 years.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Refund pricing I always use this , but those charges are a bit much. I was reading that there are low charges and with the live you are paying. I didn't pick that part, but when going through the process that's how it works. So your paying for the extra help and I was charged extra fees when chosing to deposit in my bank. I understand for there processing fees on some , but I paid more this year for less than last year. Go figure 🤔. I still like intuit tax, I may have to buy it in the stores.
