Rated 5 out of 5 by from I found it very helpful I used the online portion which has a lot of quick ways to answer questions. I also used the call an expert. That proved helpful because I entered info incorrectly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love TT but for 202... could be better! * For many years I used TT and I felt pretty happy with it. This year is different: * I had a hard time this year with the RMD, which I received partially, and no instruction was available * IRS provided me with a PIN . This PIN is supposed to increase security of filing and refund deposit - I was never asked for it by TT ! This $40.00 fee is new. Checking the info, it seems I could avoid i, but... NO WAY !

Now with Turbo Tax MAX, I have the confidence if ever faced with an IRS audit of having a Turbo Tax representative by my side to handle everything, all for an extra $50. Unbeatable!
