Rated 2 out of 5 by from Quality is going down hill After 8 straight years of TurboTax I will have to start looking for alternatives. In attempts to make things easier they've only made them harder. Automatic log-ins and uploads don't work the way they're suppose to and it's infuriating to get the "Ready To Be Impressed" screen right before something that can't be used. I was also absolutely horrified when I logged in this year and saw they tried to make this a "speed game." As a finance professional, I will tell you that things of this nature should not be taken so lightly. "Racing" to complete something where errors can quite literally result in destroying your life and landing you in a federal prison is just a horrific idea and TT is irresponsible for adding this reckless feature that adds no value. Especially, when the value add features we need don't even work.
