Rated 1 out of 5 by from Incompatible with 2019 QuickBooks Pro Bought the TT Business package. NO indication of an incompatibility with older (not SO old) versions of QB, namely 2019 Desktop Pro. Chats, phone calls, no call backs, useless emails to both INTUIT companies, QB and TT. No solutions, except a force buy of an upgrade to QB. BUT a desktop, standalone version is not available. NOTHING but online cloud servers and annual subscriptions that are more expensive than the value gained, especially for a small business. After nearly 20 years of using both QB and TT Business, alternatives will have to be considered going forward. I finally brute forced manual entries from QB and submitted. It's pretty classless to make an incompatibility that occurred during the fiscal year. Maybe next May for 2020 you should extend it to the next tax year. I may never know

I love using turbo tax, as i have been using it for years, and have never had a problem. this year though, as a college student, I only had a W-2, and a file for robin hood. This one extra form turned a free file into a $119 dollar one, almost equal to the refund I will be getting. The service is great, but I don't think that one extra form justifies $119 dollars, especially as a student.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Business still lacks polish If you're going to use TurboTax Business, be sure to take good notes on how you solve all the problems you'll run into while using the product (some of which are due to bugs or lack of good documentation in TurboTax Business). I have a Google doc that is 30+ pages long full of notes that guides me through the process of preparing my S-Corp taxes each year. Without my own notes, it would take several days to prepare taxes with TurboTax each year. The software isn't great, but I've learned to work through the flaws.
